When a client concludes his safari, payment is accepted only in US dollars or Euro’s.  In the South African ranch we do have a credit card machine, should you want to pay per credit card.  Please note that the credit card machine is in South African Rand and the amount charged to your Bank might be different to the amount on your invoice.  The reason for this is we make use of the currency rate given to us, by our Bank (ABSA), on that specific day of payment. Therefore we charge in Dollars what we get/give to the bank.

 

Please note that we have to add a  5 % charge to cover charges.  It is also possible to transfer an estimated amount for trophies prior to the safari to avoid traveling with large sums of money.  Please get in contact with us prior to your safari, should you want to make this arrangement.
